Animations

Animation is a passion of mine. I wanted to work for Disney when I was a child and they were my biggest inspiration for animating. I'm nowhere near perfect, but I love to bring characters to life the best I can through animating them! :)

  • I'm not a professional so I reserve the right to reject your idea if I feel I can't do it justice.

  • Animated art is very time consuming and can take up to 3+ months to complete depending on the complexity of the animation, characters, my schedule, where you fall in my to-do list, and more! Please be aware of this and patient before ordering. I will always do my best to keep you updated!

  • I'll let you know how long I think it'll take before payment of course, but just know you will still have to be patient because animation is just tons of drawings flashing before you quickly after all!

NOTE: I am willing to use gifs, animated memes, etc. as references for the animation/idea you want, but I do not trace other's work. You may provide other's animations to better show me what you may be looking for, but do not ask me to directly trace or copy the exact work of another artist unless you are the owner and want me to reanimate something you did or you have explicit permission from the artist to have their work heavily referenced or traced.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms whether you read them or not. Terms are subject to change with or without notice. Repeated failure to follow these terms may result in blacklisting from further commissioning me.Last Updated: April 2023

1. You are never to claim my art as your own. My signature should NEVER be removed, but can be moved around.2. Please allow up to four (4) weeks for completion in the longest scenario for non-animated work. Most commissions, however, are completed within five-ten (5-10) days. Please DO NOT message me about your commission's status until at least seven(7) days have passed. Doing so repeatedly may result in me rejecting future commissions as I do not want to feel unnecessarily rushed. I will keep customers as updated as possible via my Trello or direct message should something more serious come up.2a. If you need your commission by a certain time, you must notify me BEFORE ordering. If you do not think you can wait at least 7 days, please do not commission me!3. I take payment via PayPal and ONLY via PayPal for commissions. I do not accept ANY other form of payment. All payments must be sent as USD as, purchase of services or they will be returned. PayPal CAN convert currencies and purchase of services protects us both. I will directly link you my PayPal address for payment. I do not generally use invoices, but you may request one if preferred.4. If you have any issues with your commission, wait times, or anything else, please contact me BEFORE filing any charge-backs/disputes as I'll be happy to work with you or provide a refund if you are not satisfied. If you file such a charge back without working with me beforehand, you will be publicly blacklisted.5. Minor edits such as cropping, resizing, and adding/removing minor markings from character designs are okay, though further edits may only be done by me! Let me know if any changes are needed withing five (5) days of receiving your complete commission.6. Payments must be made in full before commission work is started. Payment plans are available for orders above $125 and must be discussed beforehand.6a. At least 50% of the full commission price total must be received before work begins. After this, I will start the art while the rest of the payments are being made but you will not receive the completed, unwatermarked artwork until the commission has been paid off in full.7. I reserve the right to reject your commission at any time for any reason or no reason at all.8. A full refund will be given if I (the artist) cancel the commission at any time, no matter how much was completed and you may keep any art completed before cancellation.8a. I do not offer refunds for any other reason unless talked over beforehand such as unsatisfactory results. (see section 4)9. Editable PSDs are kept for seven (7) days after completion, during which changes can be made if mistakes are noticed later on. After seven (7) days, the file is deleted and no more changes can be made without further payment due to no longer being able to easily edit the artwork without the PSD. Please overlook your commission fully after completion to ensure it is satisfactory! I am willing to fix/change anything within reason for no extra cost!10. I reserve the right to use your commission as an example of my work for future reference. I will not display it to the public in the case of surprises/gifts, but after it has been gifted, I reserve the right to repost it myself if I choose to. Please let me know beforehand if your commission is a surprise/secret/gift!!11 Once you receive your artwork, please save it to your own PC or image/cloud host. I generally keep a copy of most finished pieces, but in the case that I delete it on my end and you haven't saved it within seven (7) days, I will not refund or otherwise replace your commission if you have not saved it!12. You will be sent a sketch for your approval of the look/pose/etc for large art, animations, and references or if you otherwise request one. You will be given up to seven (7) days to approve it or I will complete it without further changes.13. My art may not be used in ANY way for commercial purposes (ex. creating commercial prints, merchandise, non-fungible tokens [NFTs] etc). If the way you want to use my art will make YOU money (bases made by me are the exception) it is forbidden.13a. You MAY, however, make PERSONAL prints or use my art for other personal projects such as putting it on personal mugs, objects, etc.13b. My art may not be used for any hateful or bigoted purposes and I refuse to draw such artwork. Do not use my art for/to support racist, anti-LGBT, zoophilic, pedophilic, anti-science/vax, and other hateful/hurtful purposes or movements. Doing so will result in public blacklisting.

Q. How do you accept payment? What currencies do you accept?
A. I ONLY accept USD via Paypal! I do NOT accept:

Growing up friendless, my good friends mean more than I can put into words. As the ones who also have been basically financially supporting me over the years, I've come up with a small discount/perks "program" of sorts and works as follows for said friends:

  • 20% off all commissions and characters. Does not apply to items/characters/final totals of $30 or less!!

  • Discount stacks with existing sales/discounts. Does not stack with sales of 30% off or more!!

  • Every $150 spent on commissions, you get a free simply shaded large art of a single character (like Shelby on this page)! Bonus resets every $150 spent. Ask if you need clarification!! Begins May 2023.

  • Payment plans begin at $60 instead of $125.

  • Discount does NOT apply to ANY animated art!! (except wiggly icons, it still applies to them)

Blacklist

As of 2022, I have a public list of individuals who I will not draw for. I will also NOT draw these people's characters even if someone else is paying for me to draw them. Do not contact me on behalf of these people for ANY reason or you will be blacklisted as well!I am a very forgiving person so I've never needed a blacklist but recently, people have done things that are unacceptable. Reasons for blacklisting are repeated failures to follow my ToS, making profit off of my artwork, or just being a general dirtbag. I've also included people from other reputable artist's blacklists who I feel are a general threat to any artist including myself (with proof).This list is not intended to be used for harassment purposes. Do not use this list as a reason to harass any of the people here even if they are in the wrong, that gets nobody anywhere and I do not condone such behavior; it makes you just as bad, if not worse, than them.Individuals are listed by all known names with the first being the latest known name, especially on Toyhouse (including user ID#s). Being on my black list is indefinite but not permanent. I believe nearly anyone can change so those on my general blacklist can be removed if things change in the future. It takes a LOT to get on here, but I hold no actual ill will towards anyone.
